If you have just tried several times and it keeps refusing, the account is held shut for fifteen minutes to stop somebody guessing. Nothing is broken and nothing needs resetting. Wait, then try once, carefully.
If you have genuinely forgotten it, nobody can look it up: passwords are stored one way and cannot be read back, by anyone — not by your administrator and not by whoever built this. Ask Mohamed, 091 500 2693 for a new one. You will be asked to choose your own the moment you sign in with it.
